Office Manager / Personal Assistant
An Office Manager / Personal Assistant, who has experience supporting senior executives within a global environment, is needed to join a fast-growing tech company revolutionising IoT technology. Working from their office in Chelsea expect a diverse and rewarding role that will see you provide key operational support, manage complex travel / diary management, coordinate HR activity, ensure health and safety / employee regulations are met and much more.

Due to continued success they are now seeking an Office Manager / Personal Assistant who has the flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of extra tasks and get the job done.
Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team the Office Manager / Personal Assistant will provide key support providing confidential assistance, business administration and operational support to help achieve business objectives. Whether you are compiling and managing complex travel itineraries (Inc. organising Visas); scheduling calendars, emails and meetings; coordinating HR activity (recruitment, on boarding, organising employee performance reviews); ensuring the office meets H&S, fire and employment regulations or managing the Office Administrator it will be your excellent organisational and time management skills which ensures the smooth running of this exciting company.
To qualify. You should be an Office Manager / Personal Assistant / PA / Executive Assistant / EA / Operations Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Extensive experience in an Office Management / Personal Assistant role, support one or more senior executives, ideally within a global environment;
- The ability to uphold a high level of discretion and integrity at all times;
- Experience organising HR activities, diaries, and travel itineraries;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written);
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to adapt and juggle a range of extra tasks and work extra hours when required;
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
