One of our clients is now looking for a part time Care / Support Worker to join them in Ryde.
The Role
As a Care / Support Worker, you’ll provide a high level of support to a nine year old girl with multiple complex needs.
In this key role, you will provide personal care and provide mobility assistance, including using hoists and a wheelchair. You’ll carry out all tasks to the highest standards, taking the child and her family’s needs into account.
About You
To be considered as a Care / Support Worker, you’ll need:
- Care experience
- Experience in child development
- Enthusiasm
- A flexible approach
Ideally, you’ll have a full, clean driving licence, but this isn’t essential.
Other companies may call this role Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Personal Healthcare Assistant, Personal Care Assistant or Care Worker.
This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends and waking nights. More hours may be available during school holidays.
