Purpose of the role:
The HR Administrator sits in the HR Admin team that is part of the HR Service Centre. This role provides high quality, accurate and efficient HR administrative services across Quilter plc.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for administering employee end to end HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle, to include, but not limited to:
* End to end HR processes such as starters, leavers, and employee life-cycle changes
* Maintaining employee information and records on the HRIS
* Production of changes to terms and conditions letters including amendment to the employee records for payroll submission
* Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
* Co-ordinate and provide reference requests for current and ex-employees
* General HR Administration duties / projects?????????????????????
Key skills:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong IT skills to include MS Word, Excel (intermediate level)
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willing to be flexible to reach deadlines
* Efficient and results focussed
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Able to prioritise high workload volumes and multitask where necessary
* Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve?????????????????????
Knowledge and experience:
* Previous experience of working in an HR function is required
* Strong Administrative and stakeholder management skills are required
