Senior HR Advisor
Wellingborough (with travel required to Hull)

The Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the organisation based in Wellingborough
This is a stand-alone role within the HR function, being the first and only point of contact when it comes to HR/employee queries and issues. Due to the nature of the position, our client requires someone who has a more generalist background. As the business continues to grow we are looking for someone to grow with us and implement the necessary processes and policies to support our future business needs.
As well as day to day operational HR, operational and admin tasks, you will be working alongside Operations Managers in designing and implementing innovative talent solutions that fit the culture of the business e.g. performance appraisal, career path planning.
You will also be asked to help shape our L&D programme including team development, leadership training and a clients redesign of the on-boarding process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Day to Day:
* HR administration
* Employee relations management
* Supporting performance management
* Management of data on the HR systems
* Requirement to build strong relationships with all staff as well as being visible in the office
* Requirement to support the business in scaling as the company continues to grow

Salary: GBP25,000/GBP35,000 DOE
