This Restaurant Supervisor is a permanent position based at London Gatwick Airport.

Due to increased expansion, they are now looking go a highly experienced Restaurant Supervisor to work alongside the Lounge Supervisor and manage all aspects of the lounge.

Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor:
Assist the Lounge Supervisor with the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Manage the lounge in the absence of the Lounge Supervisor.
Manage, motivate and lead the front and back of house teams throughout the shift
Maintain excellent relationships with the team through regular one-to-one meetings, staff briefings and debriefings and providing timely feedback to individuals on shift
Managing all rosters, sickness and holidays
Health and safety and food hygiene adherence
To be considered for the role of Restaurant Supervisor:
Experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Front of House Manager or Maitre D will be highly desirable.
Experience of managing and leading teams from within a restaurant or from within the hospitality industry
The ability to lead and motivate teams
Manage sickness and leave
Must be a strong, reliable and dedicated individual who can actively strive to contribute positively and consistently maintain the highest of standards
This position will be shift based and the hours of work will be between 0300 hrs to 2200 hrs.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who have managed or supervised teams within a contemporary fine-dining restaurant, luxury hotels or from a similar position within the hospitality and leisure industry.
