Temporary Resource Coordinator role in North Bristol paying GBP11.02 per hour.
Your new company
Your new company are based in North Bristol and they are seeking a temporary resource coordinator to provide support to the recruitment and in house team. They are growing rapidly and are seeking an individual to provide assistance with recruitment tasks due to the high volume needs that the company are experiencing.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Resourcing Business Partner and wider team with all resourcing activity. You will be required to manage the administration of all relevant HR systems. You will also be arranging interviews, processing applications and assisting with ensuring all job offers are sent out. This role will also require providing HR administration duties to the team and as a result of this, the successful candidate must be an outstanding team player.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be the successful candidate you must have experience within a similar role and be immediately available to start. You will need excellent communication skills in writing, verbal and presenting. You must have a wealth of knowledge within the Microsoft packages and it is advantageous you have experience within in house recruitment systems such as; Taleo. It is essential that you have previous experience within a HR environment.
