Ember Inns are currently looking for a General Manager to lead the team at The North Star in Chessington, also close to Hinchley Wood, Tolworth and Surbiton. The Pub is right by the cricket & rugby club, and with great access to the A3 and central London by rail.
A great local pub that benefits from core regular trade and that has everything guests would wish for - serving quality pub grub and offering a selection of conditioned cask ales. Not to mention the 4 bedroom spacious accommodation for the successful General Manager.
THE ROLE:
Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
