Your new role
An established recruiter with agency & in-house experience is required to support a HR Manager in the firms fee-earning recruitment process. This will involve full cycle recruitment through to on-boarding. It will including direct sourcing and agency management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recruited in professional or financial services in either agency or in-house. You will have a strong understanding of the requirements of working in a professional services environments and have the gravitas required to succeed in a legal firm. You will have the ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines.
