Three month temporary role as a HR Advisor in Bristol City Centre.
Your new company
You will be working as a temporary HR Advisor on a three month temporary contract for a large company in Bristol City Centre. You will be working as part of a small HR team and you will be reporting into the HR Business Partner.
Your new role
You will be working as an integral support to the team and will be offering specialist advice to support line managers, provide relevant correspondence and documentation to managers and deliver coaching solutions for line managers to assist with employee relations issues.
You will be assisting with monitoring employee absence, including case management of long term sickness within the organisation. You will be acting as the first point of contact for the employees and thus for you must possess excellent communication skills.
A part of this role will be assisting with the recruitment process and you will be expected to advise on appropriate resourcing methods and advise and track current vacancies within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be part qualified CIPD or possess the CIPD qualification. you must have relevant experience providing HR advice, good knowledge and practical use of employment law, outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
What you'll get in return
In return you will gain experience as a HR advisor, an hourly rate of GBP12.87 per hour. This contract could be extended so it will be suitable for individuals who are looking for a temporary role with the potential for it to be long term.
