Trainee Personal Injury Case Handler ??? OS133
Introduction/Job Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is wanting to pursue a career in Personal Injury Law. With full training provided, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a case load and could develop their career in Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities:
* Managing own caseload of fast track RTA cases
* Using the MOJ portal and the firm's case management system to issue proceedings
* Using the personal injury protocol to progress cases
* Liaising with clients, third parties including insurers and expert witnesses and solicitors
* Potential of pursuing claims in litigation to Trail
* To comply with the Directors expectations of time recording and financial targets
Requirements:
* You will be committed to pursuing a career in Personal Injury Law
* The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or have A Level Law or a degree in Law and / or be pursing CILEx
* You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently
* You will have strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills
* You will be highly organised and able to use your own initiative and work to strict deadlines
* You will have an excellent ability to negotiate
* You will have A Level or a degree in Law and / or pursuing CILEx
