An opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our client's Global leading Manufacturing operation. Our client develops and manufactures brush solutions for all branches of industry.
This is a PERMANENT 38 hours (P/W) position, Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30. Early finish Fridays.
The Benefits:
* Basic Salary GBP24,000
* Early finish on a Friday, 7:30 to 13:30
* 25 days holidays
The Successful Candidate:
* Must have Production industry experience
* Experience as a Maintenance Technician
* Must have experience in the repair, upkeep and maintenance for all a companies plant and machinery (mechanical and electrical)
Role & Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the design and production of jigs, fixtures, tooling and prototypes for production and technical.
* Production of maintenance records and their upkeep.
* The evaluation, investigation, implementation and commissioning of new/ all plant and machinery.
* The purchase of goods and services required for the upkeep and running of plant and machinery.
* Ensuring all systems, procedures and working practices in the areas of responsibility are strictly in accordance with Health and Safety/COSHH regulations and company operating procedures.
* Ensuring service suppliers are in place to provide expertise is available for all aspects of machine repair and maintenance
