Commis chef - Lovely School in Dover - GBP16,000 per annum
A great opportunity has arisen for chefs of all ages to join an outstanding contract caterer within a renowned school in the South of Kent. You will be working term time only given you 12 weeks off, however there are plenty of opportunities to pick up extra hours through out the holidays.
Your duties will be to ensure all preparation is fulfilled in a timely efficient manor to the highest of standards. You will need to work clean and make sure your section is tidy at all times. Previous experience is preferred however extensive on site training is provided.
Shift patterns are as such; 06:15-15:00,11:00-19:00. You will be working 5 days on and 2 days off.
You will need to be a great communicator, as fitting in with the team is key. You will need to work clean and also be punctual with a fantastic attitude towards your work. You will be working with all fresh food and will learn a vast amount of transferable culinary skills.
