We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable UK Insurance firm with very exciting growth plans. They are looking for a motivational Claims Handler with excellent team leadership, claims process handling and team development skills. This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Insurance Claims professional to gain a foothold within a growing organisation and advance in their career.
The successful applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritise a diverse workload. An individual with a willingness to learn and progress would be most suited to this role. The role involves assisting clients with insurance claims to insurers, to negotiate and obtain settlement of claims, to liaise with claimants, insurers and loss adjusters throughout the whole claim cycle.
Key Role Criteria:
* The ability to utilise IT solutions to maximise efficiency.
* The skill to prioritise and organise work flow, sometimes working to deadlines.
* The ability to communicate effectively with others
* The ability to recognise and understand the viewpoints of others
* The ability to appreciate the contribution you are expected to make
* The drive to achieve the best possible results for our customers and yourself
* The ability to communicate effectively with others
