Credit Controller (Part Time)
Portsmouth based
GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 (Pro Rata) depending on experience

We are pleased to be recruiting for a part time Credit Controller (2 days per week) to join our growing team.

You're self-motivated and like variety, in return this will be embraced by colleagues who will be happy to pass on their extensive knowledge within the recruitment industry to work within our busy Finance Department

Duties to include:

- Posts customer payments
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
- Updates receivables
- Maintains records - invoices, debits, and credits.
- Assist with month end closing and other day to day financial transactions
- Take control of credit control including limit checks and insurance liaison
- Work closely with the finance officer(s) to assist with invoice management

We would like you to have

- Strong communication skills.
- AAT or equivalent
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Proven team player with abilities to both lead and follow.
- 3-5 years experience in a business and finance-based environment
- Sage 50 & Sage Payroll experience
