Chef de Partie required for a high-end hotel client• To produce high quality food for both the restaurant and hospitality • To work within a compact team, supporting the senior chefs • Working hours of 40 per week, 2pm- 10pm • A prestigious operation happy to develop and progress their employees • Renowned for excellent food and service standards •
The right candidate will be a Chef de Partie with a proven track record within hotel, gastro pub or restaurant operations • Passionate; with a love for preparing fresh food • A self-starter who is comfortable within pressurised operations •
