Line Leader
Location: Northallerton
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 15:00pm - 12:00am

Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with a large food manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a full time Line Leader to work from 15:00pm to 12:00am.
Responsibilities:
?? Report production issues to Production Manager
* Manage the line and operators
* Take full responsibility for food safety
* Complete safety start up checks
* Responsible for holidays and sickness cover
* Record waste and downtimes
* Manage line break downs and seek Engineers support
* Attend regular production meetings
* Train line operators
* Maximise output by ensuring line is up to speed
* Ensure products are at right specification
* Ensure health and safety procedures are met at all times
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and supervisory skills
* Lead a team
* Attention to detail
* Ability to challenge others
