Health and Safety Advisor | Bracknell, Berkshire | GBP30-35K + benefits
You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring Health & Safety policies, procedures and systems to deliver best practice and build a positive Health and Safety culture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile, internationally renowned sporting and events business and would suit an experienced Health and Safety Advisor looking for an opportunity to step-up into a challenging and rewarding stand-alone role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of Health & Safety across a large site
- Delivering high standards Health & Safety for high-profile events
- Monitoring contractor competency for event set-up and CDM projects
- Undertaking site inspections and working closely with Operations Team
The ideal candidate will hold:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (Minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Experience of delivering Health and Safety Training
- Knowledge of client responsibilities under CDM 2015
