Your new company
A national growing financial services organisation are looking for an experience Head of HR to join their organisation. Due to their nature candidates must be CIPD and degree qualified.
Your new role
- Provide support and advise the Directors in all areas of HR
- Ensure all staff within the Company receive suitable training
- Overseeing the full recruitment cycle
- Oversee investigative and disciplinary meetings
- Work closely with other internal functions of the business
- Effectively line manage the HR department and deputise for HR director in their absence
- Manage HR files ensuring they are up to date and align with GDPR
- Overseeing payroll functions
- Preparing reports and attending monthly management meeting and reporting to the management team on issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Candidates must be CIPD qualified
- Candidates must be degree qualified
- Candidates must be an experience generalist professional
- Ideally candidates will have experience working within professional or financial services sector
- Candidates will have operated at a senior level within their last role.

- Competitive salary up to GBP70,000 depending on level of experience
