We are recruiting an Account Development Manager for one of the world's largest fleet management and vehicle finance companies.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers with the aim to grow the fleet and increase profitability. This will be achieved through securing vehicle renewals and uncovering opportunities for growth.
- Manage the account through regular contact and reviews
- Gaining an understanding of the customer's needs
- Offering products and services over the telephone
- Carrying out outbound calls
- Undertaking general administrative tasks
- Excellent relationship builder
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Experience of meeting targets
- Strong sales skills, particularly in up-selling
- Ability to close a sale and identify strong buying signs from clients
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
