Job Title: Finance (Site Sales) Administrator
Location: Hampton Court Palace, London
Salary: £23,843 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The organisation is the independent charity responsible for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, the Banqueting House – Whitehall, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle. They help everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society, in some of the greatest palaces ever built.
They are looking for a Finance Administrator who will support the Site Sales Supervisor and the Accounts Team to provide an effective and efficient transaction processing service. This role requires you to collate and prepare sales paperwork from various departments and software packages, as well as being the Business Objects owner for Financial Accounting, developing reports and providing training when required.
Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential along with a GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English. Knowledge of Financial and Microsoft packages is required, Excel should be to an advanced level.
You will have the ability to process large amounts of alphanumeric data, and be methodical and precise with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be a strong team player and eager to make an impact in all areas of your work.
