Customer Advisor (Blended Role Inbound & Outbound)

Our East Belfast Client has engaged with BrookStreet to support them with their recruitment needs. We are seeking a customer Advisor who has experience in inbound and outbound calling

You will love this company! In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to arrange energy advisor appointments. Targets will include, the number of appointments booked and completed. At peak times you will also be taking incoming telephone calls



We are seeking candidates who have experience in a telephone based role and managed outbound calling


It is essential that the applicant has experience of working in a customer advisor inbound and or outbound role and providing evidence of working to targets in a sales environment
Relevant outbound calling experience with an excellent telephone manner
Experience of booking/planning appointments in diaries
Maintain high standards of accuracy when updating company system
Able to develop good relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent verbal communication skills


The rate of pay for this role is £8 per hour + OTE.
