As a negotiator you will be expected to meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and/ or valuations and then carry out viewings as appropriate to generate new or existing business. You will be attending, participating and contributing to office meetings on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also be handling web prospects without delay and following up on these to book registrations or viewings. If successful you will tie up a sale or let and will take on a property and activate new instruction marketing pack which is legally prepared using DTC & Finically prepared DTFS and get matching and selling to potential applicants. Furthermore you will be expected to phone local applicants in patch once a week build rapport, generate valuations and match & Rematch sales and letting properties. And undertake general office & sales/lettings associated administration as directed.
To be successful as a negotiator you will need strong IT skills and be Competent in using / or to learn the Niche property brochure system. You will have the ability to work to defined policies and procedures and demonstrate a good level of influencing and negotiating skills. You will need to have a strong ability to multi task and prioritise work load and be able to adapt to an ever changing economic climate. Along with this a good team player attitude and good customer service is essential.
The company are offering a competitive salary and commission package for the successful application. You will be working standard office hours, Monday to Friday plus every third Saturday of the month. They have a great benefits package including pension and much more!!
