Role - Business Support Officer
Location - NHS England, Skipton House, 80 London Road
Pay - £11/hr increasing to £12 after 12 weeks
We are seeking Junior BSO, perhaps a recent graduate, someone looking to gain some office experience including:
Key Requirements:
" Good Microsoft Office Skills
" Plenty of common sense

" Willing to learn
Key tasks:
" Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Team
" To deal with meeting logistics - booking rooms (both on and off site), sending invitations, organising equipment including VC, WebEx, conference calls
" Updating spreadsheets and organisation charts
" To book travel and accommodation for members of the Commercial team ensuring costs remain within prescribed limits.
" Good Microsoft office skills
" Preparing contracts & meeting papers including photocopying, copying, binding
" Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail, distributing as appropriate; sending mail via internal post room
" Assisting the Office Manager with organising and planning events as directed.
" Support the Office Manager with the recruitment processes, including printing applications, uploading results, meeting and greeting interviewees
" Assist the Office Manager with the new starter and leaver processes - organise passes, laptops, passwords, access to shared drive and ensuring equipment is returned when people leave and accounts are shut down.
" Working closely with teams to identify needs and building and maintaining strong relationships.
" Acting as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with queries
" Maintaining effective electronic and paper filing systems, to ensure that information is kept securely and is accessible to other members of the team
" Working closely with other members of the business support team to provide an effective network of communication and being flexible to cover other administrators' general duties on the base.
" Helping to improve and streamline relevant policies and procedures.
" To attend as appropriate and participate in internal meetings of the organisation, including staff meetings, and away days.
" To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
