Brook Street Coventry has an exciting opportunity within our Coventry hub for a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our busy temporary's team as an account co-ordinator.
The purpose of this role will be to manage the day to day running of our 2 largest commercial accounts which are internationally renowned companies.
The duties of this role will involve;
" Acting as the first point of contact to over 30 temporary workers and their line managers, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
" Managing the recruiting process for all temporary requirements starting from taking booking directly from the client, resourcing for candidates, conducting interviews before submitting their CV's and managing them once they on assignment.
" Overseeing the payroll process for all temporary workers within these clients, you will be processing timesheets, holiday pay, setting up new starters and managing the "write off" process.
" Holding regular on site surgeries to ensure from all the temps on site, this will help to build effectively relationships with both temps and clients.
To be considered for this role you must;
" Have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face.
" Able to work in a pressurised environment and meet tight deadlines.
" Highly organised and able to manage your own time.
" Confident to take ownership of a range of tasks and work independently.
" Have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Working hours are 09 - 17 Monday to Friday, salary is negotiable.
