An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Department Co-ordinator in our Higher Education Department. You will work closely with the Head of Department, the Higher Education team and all Faculties at the College with Higher Education provision. As a result, we are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy environment.

The successful applicant will have a high degree of knowledge of polices and processes relating to Higher Education and be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, working with regulators, partner universities and awarding bodies.

In addition to the specialist knowledge required for this critical role, you will have a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Department. You will therefore have the ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for team administration and co-ordination tasks.

You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will receive training on how to use various College systems.
