The independent charity Crimestoppers operates the 0800 555 111 number for anyone to give information about crime anonymously. Crimestoppers is highly effective – around 14 people are arrested and charged every day as a result of information given to Crimestoppers. One person every eight days is charged with murder.

We currently have a vacancy for a: Regional Manager

Devon & Cornwall

3 days per week - 12 month fixed-term contract
£19,990.42pa (full time equivalent £33,317.38)

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to promote the charity and continue to build on our success, increasing awareness and results across the region. This will involve working closely with our volunteer network and building relationships with key partners in both public and private sectors.

You will be a self-starter who can demonstrate a record of achievement and proven experience in project management; working with senior individuals and managers across sectors.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with knowledge of working with diverse audiences is an advantage. You will be expected to attract funding and sponsorship and generate publicity in a wide range of media.

Direct knowledge of PR or marketing, the charity sector or working with volunteers would be desirable. Candidates will be based within the region, allowing easy access to the territory.

The successful candidate will be asked to complete security vetting.
