Hello, we’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect the futures of millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers go bust and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.
We’re excited to be looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to join our close knit and friendly Organisational Development Team on a 12 month fixed-term contract / secondment basis.
This new role is responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of the innovative Diversity and Inclusion strategy at the PPF. You will be involved in supporting and promoting existing practices and the implementation of new initiatives, including the apprenticeship programme. You will work with key stakeholders both internally and externally to make sure we champion diversity and inclusion across the PPF.
Our ideal person will have good verbal and written communication skills and effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and a high level of attention to detail. Being a good listener is also essential for this role as well as possessing a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
