We are recruiting for a part time Customer Services Assistant to join our welcoming team. Our customer service team is responsible for providing a high standard of internal and external customer service.

Key duties include:

  • Carrying out electronic filing
  • Servicing meetings at the offices
  • Passing specialist matters onto colleagues as required
  • Dealing with resident and customer enquiries at first point of contact
  • Supporting colleagues to respond to customer enquiries (in person, telephone & online)
  • Handling in and outgoing post in line with protocol

You will need:

  • Determination to achieve targets
  • Good understanding of customer care
  • Minimum of five GCSE’s including Maths & English
  • Highly customer-focused & able to demonstrate great customer service

Hours: 17.75 hours per week
