This is an opportunity to join a publishing services bureau working for some of the UK's most well-known publishers, as well as a large number of specialist publishers. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a key client account, dealing with paid magazine subscriptions, free circulation and event databases. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with an in depth understanding of customer data to enable translation of their client's business needs into technical solutions.

Duties that are included are???
- To act as the main point of contact for the client; building and maintaining strong relationships
- To ensure the smooth running of regular processes such as issue runs and renewals
- Conduct data analyses and selections using FastStats (previous use desirable but not essential)
- Manage and prioritise client work using Project Management System, JIRA, ensuring all work is quoted for and PO's retained for invoicing
- Understanding how the clients' data drives their subscriptions and marketing campaigns, working with them to ensure that the data is used, handled and stored in the best way possible for them.
- Producing and checking reports and analyses for clients
- Liaison with internal departments and external 3rd party companies where required, set up of new processes/suggesting developments to improve working practices

A suitable candidate will???
- Have good working knowledge of the Microsoft office (in particular Excel and Access)
- Have experience in data management/analysis
- Have good spelling, grammar and command of English language
- Be diligent and well organised with good time management skills
- Have excellent inter-personal skills with a willingness to be flexible & carry out extra duties outside normal role
- Be a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Have a team player attitude with the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative
- Be able to understand & translate client requirements, briefing in solutions for implementation
- Have their own transport due to rural location

Hours???
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Normal hours would be 9.00 am to 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch (except during busy periods when flexible hours will be required)
