CMS Window Systems is an industry leading building envelope contractor specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant / Administrator for a twelve-month, fixed term contract.

Based from our manufacturing site in Castlecary, Cumbernauld, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR administration support to the business, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing the Time and Attendance system

* Attendance management

* Recruitment

* Administration associated with new starters, leavers and changes to Ts and Cs

* Supporting with disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings

* Producing data for monthly / ad hoc HR reports

* Coordination of SVQ qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

* An experienced HR Assistant / Administrator with at least 2 years' experience (manufacturing experience would be beneficial)

* Confident in the use of Excel and Microsoft Word.

* Experienced with HR systems (time and attendance experience would be beneficial)
