Customer Service Administrator

This role utilises your great customer service ability to give the customer a professional experience. You will be working with a mixture of large and small electrical wholesalers. To be suited to this position you need a friendly approach to customers and have a high level of attention to detail.

You will need a background in dealing with a large and varied group of customers from a variety of chains. Processing a large quantity of orders - handling quotes and arranging international and UK couriers.
