This is an opportunity to join a Brighton-based digital marketing agency, which has rapidly grown over the last few years. They now have a team of 15 in their office near Brighton Station. The successful applicant must be able to lead a team, love advertising online and enjoy both data and stories. They foster a fun and creative environment, but they are fast-paced and need an applicant that can deliver to demanding deadlines.

The candidate will have a do-what-it-takes attitude and be a self-starter. You will be working in a fun and lively office, where there is rarely a dull moment, and be part of a growing agency with a client list that includes a number of household names. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from marketing professionals that are at the top of their game, with dedicated time set aside for your learning and development.

... with experience of:

- The digital marketing sector
- Running paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing and Instagram (minimum four years)
- Working with Google docs, Google Analytics and other marketing software
- Reporting

The Job...

- Managing a team of two paid media specialists (negotiable)
- Building high quality campaigns across search and social platforms
- Optimisation and performance improvement of paid campaigns
- Track metrics using a wide range of tools but understanding of Google Analytics essential
- Write attractive and concise copy
- Suggest new platforms for advertising
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly running of campaigns as appropriate for the client.
- Working with the other members of the team on various brainstorming and problem solving initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of creative cross-channel campaigns
- Keeping pace with industry trends and developments
