Our client is looking for a sociable and friendly individual to work on their busy reception desk.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the first and last point of contact
- Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
- Welcoming guests
- Arranging the meeting rooms
- Opening and closing centre
- Ordering office supplies
- Supporting the community manager
Key skills & experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar role - desirable
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
Contract: Until April 2019
