Data, Privacy & Records Analyst / Data Protection Analyst
We are seeking two Data, Privacy & Records Analyst's / Data Protection Analyst's to join a global Ecommerce / Multichannel Retailer in London. Working from offices in the UK (Knowsley / Chiswick) or from their offices in Germany or Italy (your choice), expect to progress your career working on global projects.

Continuing to experience exciting levels of growth, they are now seeking two Data, Privacy & Records Analyst's / Data Protection Analyst's to join the European team.
Joining as the Privacy & Records Analyst / Data Protection Analyst you will join a fast paced team responsible for:
- Conducting initial assessment of Quick Reference Guide privacy reviews;
- Conducting data privacy and records audits for QRG's;
- Providing support for remediation check-ups from audits;
- Completing quality checks and due diligence on third party materials;
- Ensure records of data privacy and records activities are maintained by EU data privacy law and other applicable laws;
- Providing support for higher risk privacy reviews and data protection impact assessments;
- Researching and monitoring changes in privacy law and laws affecting records retention obligations.
In short, you will play a key role in assisting projects that support the global data privacy and records program.
To qualify. You should be a Privacy & Records Analyst / Data Protection Analyst / Data Compliance Officer or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Experience of privacy and records management within a multinational organisation;
- The ability to understand business processes, policies and practices;
- You are aware of changes in privacy and record management laws;
- A record of managing multiple projects and meet strict deadlines;
- The familiarity with software and cloud solutions;
- Good PC skills are necessary, especially Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Strong presentation skills are also important.
