I am currently working with an Essex-based local authority to find a Senior Planning Officer to join their Development Management Team on an initial 6 month contract.
The role will be dealing with everything from minors to large scale majors of 100s of units, and can offer a flexible working situation, with a negotiable routine of home working.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a broad range of planning applications, and will be willing to take on a mixed caseload.
