Internal Sales Executive - Telecoms / IT
Lancing BN15
Up to £26,000 OTE - £18,000 - £20,000 Base Salary + Excellent Benefits
Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm (Office based) - Full Training Provided
Confident, dynamic, enthusiastic, ambitious and quick thinker with a high drive to succeed in a fast-paced growing Telecoms Company. Ideally you will have B2B sales experience but ambition and drive to succeed will also be considered.
About the Company:
We provide bespoke Telecoms, IT, Cloud & Technology services across the south east of England, London & Essex to an ever-growing customer base of 5,000. Our customers range from new start-up businesses to blue chip companies and we treat each and every one with the same amount of meticulous consideration that they deserve.
The Internal Sales Executive Role:
+ Planning and calling new prospects and developing new opportunities
+ Scheduling meetings with decision makers
+ Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries, ensuring customers receive quotes and orders are processed
+ Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM and provide accurate information to customers and colleagues
+ Listening to customer requirements, creating detailed proposal documents and presenting appropriately to close ‘the sale’
+ Meeting/ exceeding personal sales targets and driving both business growth and reputation
+ Working closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and installations
+ Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management (Internal Sales)
+ Full product training; the Company will support you to learn and develop your knowledge of our Telecoms products, and give you the confidence to provide customers with account management service and consultative sales processes.

+ Ability to build strong client relationships
+ Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
+ Good level of numeracy
Experience:
+ Prior experience in B2B sales would be advantageous, however if you have the ambition and drive to succeed then you would be a good fit for this role.

Benefits:
+ Salary £18,000 - £20,000 plus bonuses/commissions (OTE approximately £26,000)
