Our clients are an established Estate & Lettings Agency, specialising in the Sale and Letting of high end residential property.
This independently owned, and extremely prestigious Estate Agency, works at the very top end of the market, and has an un-rivalled and enviable stock list.
The Role
Due to increased business levels, our clients are now looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to take the helm across both Sales & Lettings at their extremely busy Northumberland branch.
•Reporting to the Directors, you will have total operational responsibility for the running of the branch
•Managing a team of experienced property professionals, motivating, encouraging and mentoring them to deliver the best results
•Working closely with the Directors, implementing sales strategies within set guidelines and budgets, aiming to maximise profitability at every level
•Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, reacting and implementing changes to the ongoing strategy of the business as and when needed
•Identifying new opportunities whilst keeping a close eye on the competition and focussing on growth and profitability
•Setting and working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets, along with agreed KPI's
The Person
An already experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, with a clear passion for property and a proven track record of working in the industry at management level.
•You must have experience of Estate Agency Branch Management
•Be a Residential Property Professional seeking a new challenge in a senior role, wanting to put your Estate Agency experience to good use
•A skilled people manager, with prior experience of managing a team for a minimum of 3 years
•A strong negotiator and networker, able to identify and implement new business strategies
•Target driven and hungry to succeed, with a proven track record of winning new business and a passion for property
•A dynamic, competitive and entrepreneurial individual with a keen eye for business
•A true leader and people person, able to direct and motivate
•A commercially aware individual, with a strong focus on results
•Must have a strong interest, desire and the ability to coach others to high performance
•Experience of working within set budgets, forecasting and projecting results
