Commercial Property Paralegal
We are seeking a Paralegal with experience of supporting a Commercial Property team, to work for a well established and forward thinking law firm.
Duties will include opening new files, dealing with clients, submitting searches, preparing stamp duty forms and completion statements, obtaining title documents, land registry applications, dealing with commercial enquiries and pre-completion requisitions.
Please note that applications will only be considered from those with previous experience in Commercial Property therefore it is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to use initiative in a timely and accurate manner are the minimum expectations.

Salary is dependant on experience.
