Account Manager / Sales Business Development Manager
OTE £50,000 Uncapped Commission
This company is a leading provider of market intelligence, forecasting and thought leadership to the global energy sector. They are based in Edinburgh with staff around the world.
Since 1995 they have provided many of the world's most influential companies and organisations with knowledge, insight and foresight to help them make informed and lucrative commercial decisions.
They are seeking a talented account/business development manager with experience of a fast-paced commercial environment and working with senior decision makers in major organisations.
The successful candidate will have:-
- Drive, integrity and tenacity.
- An ambitious and target-orientated outlook
- A customer-focused ethos and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar commercial role is required and sector knowledge would be a benefit, but extensive sales and industry training will be provided by our expert senior staff.
- Be articulate and numerate
What would you do?
The appointee will be tasked with
- Building and strengthening customer relationships to maximise renewal revenue from their core subscription services
- Driving new business generation within out existing customer base and beyond (both handling inbound leads and actively hunting for new customers).
- Working closely with other teams to uncover and develop new opportunities for growth.
