Job Title: Service Redesign Business Analysts - 4 roles available

Location: Kendal, Cumbria

Salary: £29,055 - £31,401per annum

Job Type: Fixed term, full-time (37 hours per week), flexi time scheme

The Role:

As a member of the newly created Service Redesign Team you will be responsible for analysing processes and identifying opportunities for customer-focussed improvements.

Customer Connect is the organisation's business transformation programme and is key to modernising the way services are delivered across the council. The programme will transform the way their people work and the way their customers will interact with them through process redesign and introducing new technology.

If you want to play a role in the future design of a visionary and forward thinking local government organisation, supported by a programme team of like-minded colleagues to improve the way services are delivered to the public, then this is the role for you. With excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide and diverse customer base, including service representatives, you will be responsible for planning, leading and supporting service review workshops. An ability to engage, support and challenge other staff in an environment that stimulates curiosity and excitement; bringing the aims and benefits of the programme to life whilst identifying opportunities for customer-focussed improvements is a key requirement of this role.
