An exciting opportunity has arisen for Publication Assistant to join a highly successful, busy, not for profit organisation in central Oxford.

You will be working within a team of 13 to manage and support with the company`s quarterly publication, you will need to research potential articles, proof read, copy and liaise with designers regarding page layouts and corrections. You will also need to write press releases for the company as well as manage content on the company`s website and social media account such as twitter. You will also need to be able to travel to events and support colleagues.

You will need to have an advanced knowledge of MS Word, and Excel, be accurate, very hard working and be highly proactive, whilst acting with professionalism at all times.

The company is offering an extensive benefits package including; A salary of £20,411, Pension scheme with 10% company contribution, 25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, Free parking and Free lunch is provided every day.
