Support Worker / Carer

This role is working with a growing family owned company who provide support to a wide variety of people and they regularly have exciting, fresh and rewarding positions available to everyone regardless of background, experience or qualifications.

They currently have a very exciting opportunity to support a young woman who lives in Melton Mowbray, within her family home and local community.

This individual loves playing games, visiting cafes and listening to music and dancing. They are looking for support workers who have similar interests and will help her to maintain her active lifestyle.

They are looking for fun, person centred support workers who have an excellent sense of humour and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the individual to access various community activities of her choice, promote and enable health and well being, supporting with medication and providing support with personal care.

Essential
- The role will involve working days as well as night shifts, so flexibility is required
- A full driving license with at least 1 year experience. You do not require your own vehicle
- A fun and outgoing personality
