They are the world's largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership, and their members work worldwide in the development, conservation and improvement of the built environment. Perhaps most importantly, they are tasked with promoting good practice within their industry to improve quality of life for every one of them.

They are seeking a Web and Digital Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of their digital services internally; working closely with heads of departments and website owners throughout the business to deliver strategic intelligence on web products performance.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Taking ownership of reporting using an excellent knowledge of website analytics and data analysis to improve understanding of their website users.
  • Utilising the reporting tools to deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders within the business. Act as a central point of communication for internal stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of the business needs of each department.
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of best practices in consumer intelligence and drive forwards continual improvements to our knowledge of consumer behaviour when interacting with their digital products.
  • Supporting the digital and marketing teams to update and maintain their websites and email programmes.
  • Working with external agencies to direct improvements to their websites with a particular focus on user behaviours and department needs around reporting.

They are looking for an individual, who has excellent interpersonal skills with a strong background in working with web technologies, data analytics and monitoring social media. Excellent organisational and time management skills are also a must for this role, as is the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage changing priorities.

As a confident and articulate communicator, you will be an excellent team player but also capable of working well under your own initiative.  You will bring strong IT skills to the role, proficient in all Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), with an understanding of HTML/CSS, Javascript and how they can aid in tracking user behaviour.
