Joshua Robert Recruitment are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Nottingham. With a variety of development presently underway and an interesting property portfolio, this organisation is now looking for a talented Surveyor to join their growing team.
As a Senior Surveyor you will play an important role within a busy Estates team. Working as part of a team you will be providing property advice and asset valuation work in respect of a wide property portfolio to deliver the Corporate Asset Management Plan.
This busy role will involve undertaking estate management and valuation work as required to deliver the Corporate Asset Management Plan. This will include day to day property management advice and activity, the disposal and development of identified properties to secure capital receipts and/or regeneration objectives and supporting the Strategic Asset Management function through the delivery of specific, allocated projects.
The successful individual will have MRICS with relevant post qualification experience. You will have proven experience of delivering multi-disciplinary property projects and posses a solid knowledge of the law and the valuations practices required in managing a diverse property portfolio.
