Affiliate Marketing Program Manager, International Media Team
Contract is until June 2019
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Affiliate Program Manager for the International Media Team. This is a contract role based in London until 30th June 2019.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: up to $44,270 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits
The International Media Team is looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to deliver Affiliate programs for company store.
Our online store is growing rapidly, and currently has digital marketing programs in more than 50+ countries. Not only is our online store a destination for consumers around the world to buy our leading products, the online store has expanded to include apps, games, videos, and TV shows.
The International Media Team is dedicated to providing regional and local market media expertise for global campaigns across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. This team is part of our company's Brand, Advertising and Research Team.
This position will report into Group Marketing Manager, International Media based in London.
A typical day in this role can include:
" Manage all aspects of affiliate network and relationships.
" Directly manage large affiliate partners to maximise business opportunity.
" Develop new business partnership opportunities.
" Execute day-to-day management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, communications, payments, and dispute resolution.
" Responsible for performance measurement and reporting on affiliate results.
" Interact with the broader demand generation and international media teams.
" Collaborate with country level marketing, business groups and online stores teams to drive integration and identification of opportunities.
" Keep up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments.
" Share best practices with other regions and markets.
The ideal candidate will be:
" Minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Marketing and Media, with strong knowledge of Affiliate Performance Media.
" Financial management of media campaign budgets
" Results oriented digital marketing and media expertise, with a strong bias for action
" Multi-market media experience is important
" Deep understanding of all digital tactics (paid social, display, paid search, programmatic, mobile, and emerging media platforms).
" Operational understanding of important aspects digital media delivery such as AdServer technology platforms, tagging and trafficking of digital media.
" Experience in constructing robust media conversion forecasts based on campaign goals and benchmarks across various digital tactics
" Ability to structure, lead and execute several complex projects across multiple partners
" History of strong partnership and collaboration
" Analytical capabilities
" Experience in working and management of media agency teams
" Experience working with technology brands is preferred.
" Knowledge of offline media a nice to have but not required
" Presentation skills and experience with corporate technology tools such as Office, Excel, PPT and Skype.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Strong communication skills.
" Fluent in English.
" A second European language is highly regarded, especially German or French.
