A multi-disciplined consulting engineering practice seeking a Graduate Electronic Security Engineer
Your new company
My client is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering practice, specialising in the protection of structures in secure environments. You will be working as part of a secure multi-disciplined team and this will be a unique opportunity to expand your skills base in electronic security engineering, working on international projects.
Your new role
This is an ideal opportunity for an Electronic or Electrical Engineer with a least 2 years' experience, you will also be considered if you are a technician from a manufacturer of electronic security equipment.
An individual leaving the Armed Services with the relevant experience in electronic or physical security could also be considered.
The chosen individual will be provided with opportunities, fully sponsored by the company to attend a range of formal security courses such as:
* physical and electronic mitigation
* Security Networks
* College or University to further their education in a relevant discipline to HNC or Degree level/
* Security Equipment trials
* CAD and BIM Course
During the three year training period, the successful candidate will;
Work with their senior electronic security engineers to develop designs and specifications for a range of security systems.
Attend meetings, visit construction sites and their clients offices.
Travel occasionally ( within the UK Only, but mostly to and from London.
Prepare reports and drawings.
What you'll need to succeed
The Ideal the candidate should have good communications, IT and report writing skills.
You must be a UK National, British Citizen or have been a resident in the UK for at 5 years.
