Reporting into the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate must be a confident and driven individual with substantial B2B experience, ideally coming from a sponsorship, advertising or high-value subscription-based sales background.

This is a varied and fast-paced position with key responsibilities including:

* Sourcing leads, building relationships with potential partners, maintaining all details on the CRM
* Undertaking sales activity, promoting the benefits of the partnership to potential partners
* Account Management of existing partners / sponsors

The successful candidate is likely to have:

* Extensive B2B experience, particularly within sponsorship, partnership, advertising or high-value subscription sales
* Account Management and Delivery Management experience
* Managing a full 360 sales cycle including pipeline management and reporting metrics

In addition to a base salary of cGBP32k, there is opportunity to earn commission once targets are achieved (GBP37k OTE with the potential to earn considerably higher). This is an award-winning organisation with a commitment to career development and internal mobility.
