Customer & Credit Advisor

I am looking for a number of Credit Controllers to join my client, based in Bradford on a 3 to 4 months temporary basis. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities will be:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service is provided
Aiding clients with their queries
High volume inbound and outbound calls
Ensuring all records are updated with the correct information
Working in a call centre environment situated within the finance team

To be considered, candidates must be:
Confident and skilled customer service candidates, with credit control experience
Experience within a financially regulated environment would be an advantage
You`ll need to have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
We`re also looking for strong verbal and written communication skills and experience

My client is offering £9-£11 per hour, depending on experience
