Fund Administrative Executive

Our client a growing pension company in the Docklands are looking for a Fund Admin Executive to join their team

The department you will be joining is responsible for the oversight of end to end money flows and works closely with their investment team. The dept has an important role to play in the accounting of the pension schemes assets and works closely with the finance team to support the preparation of monthly accounts and the annual report and accounts for the scheme

My client is looking for candidates with good working experience of the investment industry in operations, and practical experience of working with Fund accountants,custodians and third party administrators

A good working knowledge of Fund accounting and general ledgers is also required, You will also need good Excel skills including pivot tables and V lookups and macros

You will be degree educated and and ideally studying for accounting qualifications, such as CIMA or ACA

On top of this they need someone who is a great team player , has outstanding communication skills and is looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing company
