Develop your administration experience and gain hands-on conveyancing exposure within a Lexcel accredited firm in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Administration Assistant to deliver comprehensive support to new and existing clients and the residential property post completion team as required. Managing a varied workload, the assistant will undertake a wide range of administrative duties under supervision, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients over the telephone
- Providing and following up on quotes
- Creating, setting up and closing files
- Obtaining identification
- Producing client care documentation
- Post completion duties including submitting AP1s and scheduling deeds
- Accounts reconciliation
- Participation in business development initiatives
- Ensuring cost-effectiveness of services
The Candidate
- Applications will be considered from paralegals, legal assistants and legal secretaries with previous administration experience gained within the legal framework
- Residential conveyancing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Has a friendly and confident telephone manner
- IT proficiency is required
- Be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines
- Work well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
